Hey, I'm Tekeishia!
I'm a life coach for women, dedicated to empowering them and helping them build confidence in their personal and professional lives. My passion for empowering women stems from my own personal pains, neglect, abandonment and my experiences as a wife and mother of four daughters.
My coaching style is a unique blend of empathy, encouragement, and practical advice. I believe that every woman has the power to achieve her dreams, and my role is to guide them on that journey. My friends describe me as an inspiring, compassionate, and intuitive coach who is always there to provide support and guidance when they need it most.
I am dedicated to assist in building a generation of women that will thrive in their God given femininity, confidence and unmovable security in their identity!

"Ladies of Light has been nothing shy of its name. The timing of this group couldn’t have been better as the Most High has used TK and ladies in LOL to shine light that has illuminated areas in my life that were dim, dark, and in need of a spark. There’s both a spoken and unspoken accountability that helps propel me to continue being the woman, wife, and daughter of Yah that I am destined to be and ultimately want to be. I’m always leaving out zoom calls edified, and happy to do homework (because whose ever happy to do homework, lol). I know the work and challenges will only elevate me and further advance the Kingdom of God. I’m blessed to be a member of LOL and cannot wait for this next chapter to be written. Thank you, TK. Thank you, ladies. 🫶🏾 Oh and my man, my husbae benefits greatly as well 🥰"

"Ladies of Light has been an answered prayer. Prior to seeing TK post about this new group, I’d set a goal to start reading more as well as prayed for community. Through Ladies of Light, God has provided exceedingly and abundantly above my desires. Each week, I’ve left the Zoom meetings feeling empowered to do the things God has called me to. God has used TK and many of the ladies to encourage me to consistently do the work: spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Ladies of Light has been a beautiful representation of 1 Peter 5:8-9 in my life: accountability in being sober-minded as well as a constant reminder that I’m not going through things alone. I’m grateful to have found a safe space that encourages me to speak up and be confident in it. I love Ladies of Light soooo very much!"
